Yuji Matsuyoshi

Yuji Matsuyoshi is the General Manager (Kyushu branch) of the Shojinmeat Project, and graduate student of Kyushu University. He writes books, blogs (https://medium.com/@shojinmeat) and tweets (https://twitter.com/shojinmeat) about cell-based meat and cellular agriculture by the Shojinmeat Project.
